We offer pickup from our studio in Yagoona, NSW or delivery through our preferred courier for Sydney metro orders. We strongly recommend these options to ensure the safest handling of your order.

If you opt for any other shipping method, please note that we take no responsibility for any damages, delays, or lost items that occur during transit. While we package all orders securely, we cannot control how they are handled once they leave our premises.

If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact the courier directly to file a claim.
