We use a variety of delivery partners through Sendle, an Australian Courier service and B Corporation. We aim to get our customers the most affordable shipping rates possible, and with the help of Sendle we are able to do so. With this comes an obligation to ensure your order is received as soon as possible. Following the post production phase of your order, once picked up by Sendle, your order will be received within 2-5 business days.
Although 90% of the time we use Sendle to courier your order, we may use alternative options depending on the size and type of order. Shipping times may vary due to this, but we will totally keep you in the loop with what is going on!

Returns
We have a strict no returns policy with any custom products however not limiting the rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Laws. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be "change of mind".
Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us via email hello@clearcutco.com so we can work on a solution with you. If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you take images and send via email hello@clearcutco.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
